Viewing Survey Gizmo Results

There are a few different ways to view the quiz results from a survey gizmo quiz. One of the ways was discussed in the Creating a Survey Gizmo Quiz page, and that was emailing the results as part of the quiz finishing. There are a few issues with formatting involved with the email and thus it is not the best way to view the results but acts more as a notification of a completed quiz. This document will cover the other two important parts of viewing quiz results in Survey Gizmo.

The first step is to select the quiz you want to view the results for from the home page.

Once the quiz has been selected you want to navigate over to the responses tab.

On this page you will find a list of all attempts for this quiz, incomplete and in progress quizzes will show up on here as well. To only focus on the completed quizzes select the filtered option and uncheck the boxes for partial and disqualified then select apply filter.

With the filtered results find the response you want to view on the list and click on it to open up the detailed view of the quiz results.

From this page you have the option to share the results of this quiz by selecting the share button. Sharing the results allow you to send out a link to the response of the quiz that is better formatted than the quiz completed email.

From this page you can also chose to resend one of the emails from the end of the quiz by selecting action log and then re-fire email for the action you want to do again.
