Network Access
Our offices offer both wired and wireless connections. A wired connection (likely the way you are connected right now) should be available to each employee at their work station. Instructions for wireless connections follow.

Printer Setup
Victor Corporate Office
- Make sure Network Discovery is turned on for your laptop. Clicking "Network" in the file manager should prompt you to enable it
- Go to the Control Panel and search for Advanced Printer Setup
- Select "The printer I want isn't listed"
- Select "Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname"
- Second Floor - Enter 192.168.0.230 and click next; choose the driver for TOSHIBA eStudio3540c
- Third Floor - Enter 192.168.0.44 and click next; choose the driver for Canon ImageClass MF240 Series
If you encounter issues, plugging into the wired network should cause the printer to appear in the list of available printers.
Printer Locations
The second floor printer is located at the end of the main hall of offices, just to the right of the fob access double doors, while the third floor printer is located directly in the main seating area.
Ask your team lead or mentor to point out their locations when you tour the office in your first few days.
Town Center at Webster Office
Printers are connected to the Paychex network. You will be provided with instructions to connect after you complete your Solü onboarding and log into the Paychex network.
Software
Email and Communication
Used for onboarding and Solü-specific (i.e. non-client) communication

Your email address will take the format <first-initial><last-name>@solutechnology.com. Both your email address and a temporary password for your account should be listed on the paperwork provided to you when you arrived at the office.
Administrative
- Bullhorn Staffing access - used to report time and house administrative documents
Time Tracking and Reporting
Tracking your time accurately every pay period is crucial and helps us monitor our resources. You will be responsible for logging hours against the correct projects and Mark Vernacotola will be responsible for approving those hours. Your time will be logged in BullHorn Staffing and you will receive your credentials on your first day.
Members of the co-op team should charge time to Internal / Co-op Solutions Team Development
Paid Time Off
Any PTO will be logged on your project placement. Use the drop-down menu under Hours Type to denote that the hours are PTO.
Internal Solü Projects and Expenses
If you have spent time on internal Solü projects or have non-billable expenses to submit you will log this on the placement named Solü- Paychex ADC/ Non-billable.
*If you are ever unsure at any point where you should be putting your hours, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Atlassian
Since you've found this page, it's likely you have already confirmed JIRA access and Confluence access. Please ensure you can log in to the remaining Atlassian tools below. Note: not all teams use BitBucket. Check with your team to determine if you will be using this tool.
