Dress Code

Casual Business Attire

Employees residing in a Solü Agile Development Center (i.e. Victor or Webster) or client IT facility should adhere to the following dress code:

Acceptable "Casual" attire includes clean and well-maintained:

• Jeans
• Neatly pressed cotton pants, Capri pants (mid-calf)
• Collared long- or short-sleeved button-down or polo shirt, sweater, blouse, women may wear sleeveless attire provided it is professional in appearance
• Casual shoes, boots, women may wear sandals

Unacceptable "Casual" attire includes:

• T-shirts
• Torn or tattered jeans
• Leggings
• Sweatshirts or sweatpants
• Athletic clothing
• Hats
• Sneakers
• Flip flops
• Torn or patched clothing

*Clothing should be well maintained, clean, and properly fitted. If in doubt as to whether certain clothing is acceptable, employees should err on the side of conservative or traditional attire.

Relaxed Business Attire

If you work or visit a non-IT facility (such as University Park, Panorama Corporate or Sawgrass), relaxed business attire is required:

For Men:

• Suit, dress shirt, tie always acceptable
• Collared shirts
• Short and long-sleeved polo shirts may be worn, provided they do not bear a written logo or name and are tucked into pants (Paychex logo shirts are acceptable)
• Collared sweaters or sweaters with collared shirts or turtle necks under them
• Creased, pressed dress pants and cotton pants such as chinos and Dockers
• Well-maintained casual or dress shoes or professional looking dress boots with socks
• Earrings of a conservative nature may be worn in the earlobe only (i.e. studs, small hoops, etc.), one earring per ear lobe
• Facial hair including mustaches, goatees, beards, and sideburns must be short in length and neatly trimmed at all times

For Women:

• Jacketed suit is always acceptable
• Pressed dress pants, cotton pants such as chinos or skirts
• Blouse or sweater
• Dresses
• Well-maintained casual or dress shoes, professional-looking dress boots, and dressy sandals
• Collared polo shirts
• Sleeveless attire may be worn provided it is professional in appearance
• Capri pants (mid-calf length) are acceptable; however, they must be professional looking
• Accessories such as jewelry, scarves, and headbands are acceptable providing they are professional in appearance
• Earrings may be worn in the earlobe only

Prohibited for both men and women:

• Body piercing may not be displayed (i.e., no eyebrow, nose, tongue rings, etc.)
• Tattoos may not be visible
• No t-shirts or tank tops
• No sweaters with hoods, ponchos, casual ski sweaters, sweaters resembling sweatshirts, or oversized sweaters
• No outside pockets on pants including cargo pants
• No denim, flannel, fleece, or corduroy
• No stretch pants, leggings, outside seams, rivets, skorts, gaucho pants, or walking shorts
• Skirts and dresses must be business appropriate lengths
• Sneakers or other "recreational-type" shoes, regardless of color, are not permitted
• No leather or suede skirts, pants, or jackets
• Hats are not permitted
• No flip-flops
