Creating a new email campaign

You will need to create a campaign for each prospective hire to generate a unique link for them to take the assessment. This will explain how to create a campaign from scratch and provide the correct set up required. 

You will want to do this when there is no existing campaign as cloning will be faster and match perfectly. 

First you want to go to the Share tab of the quiz you want the campaign to be for and select "Send an Email Campaign"

 

When you click on that a window will pop up, it will ask for the name of the campaign, the email subject and the body of the email.

For both the self assessment and the logic assessment the name of the campaign should be the prospective hire's full name.

For the self assessment the subject line should be: Solü Technology Self Assessment

The message body for the self assessment:

For the logic assessment the subject line should be: Solü Technology Logic Assessment

The message body for the logic assessment:

Please note the link is valid for a single access only. Once you click on the link below, you must complete the assessment in full and submit.
Refreshing your browser window or using its back/forward navigation buttons will result in loss of data and you will not be able to complete the
assessment.

Upon filling out that window when you click the green button you will be redirected to this window. You need to click the pencil in the top right of the window to edit the message details.

 

This will open up the Edit Message window, go to the Message Settings tab and change the From Name and Send Replies to This Email Address fields to match the image.


In the same window go to the message tab and change the line [invite("html link"), title="Begin"] to [invite("html link"), title="Click Here to Begin"] then save the changes.


 


You then want to go to the settings tab and change the Save and Continue radio button to no (only for timed assessments) and set the quota at 1 then save the changes with the green button at the bottom of the page.
