The following content details the concept of a Question Creation Task, its deliverables and workflow.

Concept

A Question Creation Task focuses on the creation of new quiz questions for a given topic. It allows users to track time creating the questions, hand off the questions for delivery to ClassMarker, and provide a new quiz link when establishing the initial set of questions for a new topic.

Deliverables

  • Every Quiz Creation Task will result in the creation of new quiz questions following the process defined at Quiz Material Creation Process. The completed template file will be attached to the issue.
  • If this is the first set of questions delivered for this course or topic, a new quiz link will also be created in ClassMarker and associated with the issue.

Quiz Link creation will be the responsibility of the ClassMarker Lead.

Standard Workflow

This is the normal operation that will be followed for training material with existing quizzes.

New Quiz Workflow

The new quiz workflow is only necessary when the submitted questions are the first set created for the associated training material.

Mark For Link UpdateClassMarker Lead  PENDING MODERATIONA new quiz link has been created and attached
