In SurveyGizmo an email campaign is an easy way to create unique quiz links for each person taking the quiz. This document will explain how to create and format a campaign for the Interview Assessment Process
Creating a new email campaign.
This is for creating a new email campaign on a quiz that does not have a campaign already made. For a quiz with a campaign already made the instructions are detailed later on in the Cloning a Campaign section.
First you want to go to the Share tab of the quiz you want the campaign to be for and select "Send an Email Campaign"
When you click on that a window will pop up, it will ask for the name of the campaign, the email subject and the body of the email.
For both the self assessment and the logic assessment the name of the campaign should be the prospective hire's full name.
For the self assessment the subject line should be: Solü Technology Self Assessment
The message body for the self assessment:
[contact("first name")],
We value you as a prospective team member. To help us learn more about your personal and professional experience please complete this brief self assessment.
[invite("survey link")]
Thank You!

For the logic assessment the subject line should be: Solü Technology Logic Assessment
The message body for the logic assessment:
Please note the link is valid for a single access only. Once you click on the link below, you must complete the assessment in full and submit.
Refreshing your browser window or using its back/forward navigation buttons will result in loss of data and you will not be a ble to complete the
assessment.

Thank You!

Upon filling out that window when you click the green button you will be redirected to this window. You need to click the pencil in the top right of the window to edit the message details.
This will open up the Edit Message window, go to the Message Settings tab and change the From Name and Send Replies to This Email Address fields to match the image and save the changes.
You then want to go to the settings tab and change the Save and Continue radio button to no (only for timed assessments) and set the quota at 1 then save the changes with the green button at the bottom of the page.
You are now done with creating a new campaign. For details on sending the new campaign to the potential hire go to the Adding a User and Sending the Quiz Link section.
Cloning a Campaign
If a campaign has already been created for the quiz you want to make a campaign for you can copy most of the settings from the preexisting one to cut down on the time it take to make the new one.
Go to the share tab and scroll down to find the Email Campaigns and Source Tracking section. Copy the old campaign by clicking on the two pages symbol marked in the image.
Go into the settings tab and change the campaign name to the name of the prospective hire that this campaign will be for and save the change with the green button in the bottom right.
You are now done with cloning a campaign. For details on sending the new campaign to the potential hire go to the Adding a User and Sending the Quiz Link section.
Adding a User and Sending the Quiz Link
This section will cover how to add a prospective hire to the contact list of a campaign and then send them the quiz.
Go to the share tab of the quiz and in the Email Campaigns and Source Tracking section select the campaign named after the hire.
Go the the contacts section of the campaign and select Add Contacts.
In the window that opens up you want to select Add Single Contact and enter their full name and email address. Then select the green add contact button at the bottom of the window.
Then go to the Send/Schedule tab and click the pink send/schedule button. In the pop up window click the pink Send Invite Now button.
You have now sent the email to address entered.
Go to the Delivery Report tab in the campaign to see the status of the email.
Field Definitions
There are quite a few fields that need to be filled out for each campaign, while cloning copies all of them over it is still useful to know what each of them does.
Settings Tab (All other sections are left at default and not used.)
Campaign name: The name of the campaign, this should be the full name of the prospective hire that the campaign is for.
Campaign Status: This is if the campaign is open or closed. By default it is set to open and should stay until the quota is reached.
Save and Continue: This is if a user can save their progress through a quiz. By default it is set to yes, however it should be changed to no for our assessments to avoid exploits that would allow the user to get more time on the timed sections.
Quota: The number of times that the given campaign can be used. This is default set to null but should be changed to 1 so that the assessments can only be attempted once.
Closed Message: This is the message shown to a person following the link after the quota has been reached.
Add Contacts
Email, First Name, Last Name: All self explanatory.
